Rhonda A. Hughes received her undergraduate degree from University of California, Davis in 1994 and earned her Juris Doctorate from University of California, Davis, School of Law in 1997. Prior to opening her private practice in 2003, she was employed at the Law Offices of Dale S. Wilson, the Sacramento Superior Court Family Law Facilitator’s Office, and Diepenbrock, Wulff, Plant & Hannegan, LLP.
Ms. Hughes is a member of the California State Bar Association and its Family Law Section, the Sacramento County Bar Association and its Family Law Section, and SacLEGAL (Sacramento Lawyers for Equality for Gays and Lesbians). She volunteers as a mediator for Sacramento Superior Court Family Law Pro Bono Mediator Program and as an arbitrator for the Sacramento County Bar Association Fee Arbitration Program. Additionally, Ms. Hughes is a featured speaker at a monthly Legal Night hosted by The Center for Fathers and Families, Daddy’s Here program.
